Where you’re completely new to therapy or have had some past experience working with therapists, we are here to answer any questions that you may have leading up to your consultation as well as throughout the therapeutic process.
+ How do I know I would benefit from therapy?
If you're here, there is a good chance you are looking to make a change or imprive your quality of life. Many people put off receiving therapy because they believe it is "not for them," or that other people have it worse. We all have an individual way of experiencing the world, and we all face unique challenges. We also offer free consultations for all potential clients in order to discuss your personal challenges and goals and determine together what course of action makes the most sense for you.
+ How much does therapy cost if I pay out-of-pocket?
We do our best to make therapy accessible to a wide range of people while at the same time offering expert-level therapy. We offer all potential patients a free 15-minute consultation prior to scheduling any formal sessions. Our current private-pay rates are exceptionally fair in comparison with other local providers with similar expertise, and we can consider a sliding scale when if financial concerns are prohibitive of treatment.
Individual session: $175
Couples/Family session: $250
